How do we use your Personal Information?

We use the Registration Information that we collect generally to fulfil registrations for any events you sign up to through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with confirmations) and communicate with you in direct relation to your registration/chosen event.

If, during registration for an event, you have checked the box to allow communication from us we may contact you via email with news and updates on our other events. You can opt-out of these communications at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link, or by emailing

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing your Personal Information

The Personal Information you provide will never be shared with any Third-Parties for marketing purposes. It will only be used to fulfil the event(s) you have registered for, including for necessary and legitimate communication about said event(s), and to send you information about upcoming Challenge Northumberland events if you have indicated that you wish to receive this.

Data Retention

When you register through the Site, we will maintain your Registration Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


Some of our events are intended for participation by children, but use of this Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. All registrations must be made by an adult.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
